Green Grubs is a vegan protein food truck targeting ages 18-35 in Southern California. Typically, at outdoor events, young people drink alcohol in the hot sun without much consumption of food or water. This is where accidents occur. Green Grubs serves vitamin-packed, protein-dense meals with plant-based meats to fuel your average young adult on the go.
